The terms for shopping with Velurine, kept short and plain. Our guarantee, shipping and Subscribe & Save terms each have their own page, linked throughout.

Who we are
These terms cover your use of velurine.com and anything you buy from it. The store is run by Minderse Ltd (UAB “Minderse”, company code 306238029, VAT code LT100015812514), Laisvės al. 110, LT-44253 Kaunas, Lithuania. When we say “Velurine”, “we” or “us”, we mean Minderse Ltd. “You” means the person using the site or placing the order.

Agreeing to these terms
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies that sit alongside them: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy. Where one of those policies covers a subject in more detail, it takes priority on that subject.
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell to people buying for themselves or as a gift, not for resale.
What we sell
We sell cosmetics: skin creams for external use.
- Lift & Firm Neck Cream: 1.7 fl oz / 50 mL. One jar lasts about 30 days, used morning and night.
- Daily Face Moisturizer: The face partner to the neck cream: the same peptide complex and cupuaçu butter in a lighter daily cream for the look of lines and dryness.

Every first order ships free, bought once or on a plan. Subscribe & Save refills carry a flat $6.99 shipping charge. The first order of a plan of 2 jars or more also ships with our free gifts.
Our creams and your skin
Our products are cosmetics. They are made to improve how skin looks and feels: softer, smoother and firmer-looking. They are not medicines, they do not change the structure of your skin, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Wherever we describe a result on this site, it is a cosmetic result, and this notice applies: “Individual results vary. Velurine products are cosmetics: every claim describes how skin looks and feels, not a treatment for any condition.”
Please use them as the label says:
- For external use only. Avoid the eyes; if the cream gets in them, rinse with water.
- Patch test on the inside of your forearm before first use and wait 24 hours.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if redness, itching or irritation appears.
- Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature with the lid closed.
Results vary from person to person and build with regular use, so we can’t promise a particular result by a particular date. That is what our 60-day guarantee is for. If you are under a doctor’s care for your skin, ask your doctor before you start.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full, shipping included. We may also limit how many items one customer can buy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is free on every first order and a flat $6.99 on each plan refill, and if sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay. The total you confirm is the total you are charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe using the cards and wallets shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Discount codes have no cash value, and one code can be used per order. Our welcome code, WELCOME10, takes 10% off one-time items. Codes don’t apply to Subscribe & Save plans, which already carry a first-order discount of up to 43%.
Subscribe & Save
A plan is optional: choose the one-time option and nothing renews. Choosing Subscribe & Save starts a plan, labeled as such on the product page and at checkout. Your first order is discounted: $31.99 for 1 jar, $26.99 a jar for 2 jars, and $22.99 a jar for 3 jars, against the regular $39.99 a jar, and it ships free. The same jars are then sent again every 30 days, whatever the size of the plan, and each refill is charged automatically at $39.99 a jar plus $6.99 shipping, until you cancel. The free gifts on a plan of 2 jars or more come with the first order only. You can pause, skip, change or cancel at any time before your next charge, from your account or by email. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC, by USPS with tracking, free on every first order and for a flat $6.99 on each plan refill. Orders leave us within 1 business day and arrive 2 to 4 business days after that. If a parcel is lost, we send it again or refund it. If it arrives damaged or with the wrong item, we replace it free. Refunds and cancellations
Everything you buy is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 60 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for the jars, opened or unopened, with nothing to send back. Free gifts carry no refund of their own, and shipping fees are refunded only when the mistake was ours. Before an order ships, you can cancel it for a full refund, shipping included. Reviews
We publish real customer reviews, as they were written, after checking each one against our orders. We never edit a review to change its meaning. We decline reviews that are off topic or abusive, but never because of their star rating.
If you send us a review, you confirm that it is honest and your own, and you allow us to show it on our site with your first name and the first letter of your last name.
Our name and content
The Velurine name, logo, images, text and designs on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to break into or overload it, no automated scraping, and no using it to break the law. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law. Beyond those rights and our guarantee, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without taking away the protection of consumer laws where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems are solved in one reply. If we can’t resolve it together, you may bring a claim in small claims court or in any other court that has jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order. If a change affects the price or terms of a Subscribe & Save plan you already have, we email you before it applies, and you can cancel first.
